Our SMT and THT assemblies comply with international guidelines and quality requirements.
Printed boards are prepared hands-off with solidering or adhesive paste by blade pressure and pass the optical inspection. Assembly machines by Siemens and Juki pick and place approx. 40.000 components per hour in all current dimensions. The assembled boards are soldered in Reflow and/or selective soldering machines. On request, we offer full or selective coating or finishing. We preproduce pilot productions subject to mass production conditions. Thus all used components can be checked and tested in advance in regard of their suitability and compatibility for the later series.
