Manfred Garz and Matthias Fricke are the managing partners of the Garz & Fricke GmbH.
Together they founded the Garz & Fricke GbR in 1992 as a forerunner of the GmbH. Both have studied electrical engineering at the TU Brunswick and parallel worked at Metronix GmbH in Brunswick as hard- and software engineers in the area of digital engine regulations".
In 1996, Mr. Garz and Mr. Fricke have founded the LINKSrechts engineer organization for development and marketing of illumination systems and helicopter landing aids for naval ships. This business was sold in 2005, after LINKSrechts was introduced successfully to the international market.
